Our client, a leading financial institution currently has an open post for an experienced process enhancement professional to manage the developments and programs across various products. Ideal candidate will have experienced in overseeing the operation workflow within the Private Banking Business.
Responsibilities:
Manage entire product development process
Actively participate in all documentation and procedures development, liaise with different departments involved, including Operations, Risk, Compliance, Credit, etc
Devise product programs to assist business solicitation
Provide product training and courses for support and frontline staff
Requirements:
University graduate in finance, or related degree
Minimum 7 years experience within financial industry - 3 years within Wealth Management or Private Banking business
In-depth understanding of process and workflow; writing operating procedures/product program
Strong communication and presentation skills
