This leading independent corporate advisory group specialise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, valuations, strategic advise and corporate restructurings. Due to growth they are looking for an Executive / Analyst and a Manager / Associate to join their Sydney team.

To be successful candidates must be able to display the following:

• Outstanding academic results, ideally in Finance or Accounting
• At the Executive level 1 - 3 years experience and at the Manager level 3 - 6 years experience in investment banking , chartered corporate finance or M&A law
• An ability to work in a team based environment
• A high level of drive and self motivation 
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
