The incumbent will help advise governments and businesses in the infrastructure sector including transportation, energy and public services.

Our client is seeking candidates who have the skills necessary to undertake financial modelling and analysis of projects, including their financial viability and financing as well as the ability to write reports and information memorandums in both French and English.

You will be working with both the Private and Public sector.

Participate in developing strategies and procurement processes,

Participate in the strategic and commercial analysis associated with infrastructure projects and public/private partnerships and in the evaluation of proposed agreements and will provide assistance in raising capital and negotiating agreements.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

* Development and revision of Financial Models

* Writing reports and information memorandums.

* Developing financing strategies.

* Supervise a team of analysts.

* Assists in the preparation of proposals for certain projects.

* Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, economics or finance or law or engineering degree along with an MBA or similar degree.

* CBV, CFA, an asset

* Minimum of Five years work experience.

* Bilingual

* Team Player

* Ability to travel
