Job Description

Operations Architecture is responsible for linking operations strategy formulation and strategy execution through development of an "architectural roadmap" which details the key initiatives and change priorities required for Institutional Operations to achieve its "strategic goals". Operations Architects roles are "practice" based and align to Institutional Operations functional domains (Cash, Payments, Lending, Central, Markets and Trade).

Major responsibilities include:

• Initiative consulting and assessment; diagnostic analysis; project consulting and management; and roadmap development.

The Successful Applicant

       Essential Skills:

• Strategic management knowledge / experience & knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
• Modelling and analytics skills
• Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
• Consulting skills (engagement and liaison across multiple stakeholder groups)
• Ability to conceptualise and develop strategic / architectural roadmaps
• Concept statement development skills / experience

        Desired Skills:

• Retail banking distribution and / or operations knowledge / experience
• Business architecture / enterprise architecture tertiary qualifications would be highly advantageous but not essential
• Business process management / modelling expertise
