Our client is a Real estate investment manager with global coverage. Working within the Asset Management team they now require an associate to develop and execute strategies to maximize performance of real estate investments and achieve investment strategy goals.

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management this role will be responsible for:

• Financial Analysis and modeling of assets (inc. underwriting, valuations and strategic planning)
• Asset Reporting (evaluate performance, review monthly and annual budgets, negotiate with 3rd party providers and monitor performance)
• Develop and implement disposition strategies
• Co-ordinate the production of Investor Reports
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Preparing of closing documentation

To be considered for this role you will require a firm understanding of financial concepts, analysis and modeling. You will have a minimum 3 years experience and a bachelors degree in finance or a related field. Candidates must be native Japanese speakers with a solid grasp of English
