This role will have a focus on building relationships with new clients, strategy development and implementing financial plans however you will also prepare recommendations for existing clients, and be required to develop relationships with existing referral partners. This client has strong referral partners .This a an excellent opportunity for an Adviser who wants to move away from transactional Planning environment and into a client focused environment where KPI's are based on the quality of your relationships with your clients. Responsibilities • strategy development • Building relationships with key referral partners; • Developing your existing client base Essential Requirements • extensive experience in preparation of complex strategies, new business plans and statements of advice; • technical strengths in superannuation, retirement income streams & self managed superannuation funds; • excellent communication skills and superior attention to detail; • well developed time & workflow management skills; • CFP / ADFS qualifications and Degree Qualified • Min 3-5 years experience as an Authorized Representative • Highly driven and motivated Our client is looking for a highly motivated adviser with strong business acumen and the ability to develop their own ideas. The environment is very much team based however you must also be a disciplined independent worker.
