Our Client, a large Blue Chip organisation is currently seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt to assist, build and improve process management approaches, tools and templates within the DMAIC methodology to achieve process management and process improvement outcomes.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have proven experience in:
Coaching/Mentoring and assisting other Business Unit Process Professionals in developing and using regional tools
The ability to deliver training at black belt levels
Work with instructional designers to improve the existing training materials
Proven experience in coaching staff from all business units with respect to their Continuous Improvement projects through the lifecycle of Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control
Organize and run Process Professionals Community and monthly newsletter on what is going on across the business.
Assist people and vet future green and black belt candidates to ensure only those people who are most likely to succeed are trained.
The successful candidate will have four years hands on experience six sigma and lean methodology. You will hold a black belt certificate and be degree qualified in a related field i.e. Finance, Manufacturing or Process Engineering. A management role in the financial services industry along with experience using Process Mapping Tools would be preferred. Excellent relationship management and communication skills are essential and will only assist in your long-term success for career development and permanent employment opportunities.
