This is a unique opportunity for experienced business banking professional to join this major Australian bank in their highly reputed Business Banking division.

Overseeing a number of branches in your region you will be responsible for assisting business banking clients with their deposit, lending (up to $1M), merchant facility and mortgage requirements.

Your duties will include:

• Coaching and developing branch staff to identify and refer leads and opportunities
• Meeting with business banking clients and conducting a needs analysis
• Identify client's lending and deposit requirements
• Completing and packaging applications for products and services
• Reviewing company financials and making a credit decision with your approval limit

To be successful in this position you must be a proven performer in business lending. You will also possess the ability to read company financials coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a 360 degree role that offers the right candidate an opportunity to make the transition into business banking. If successful in this position it will open the door into a relationship management position where you will have your own portfolio of business banking or commercial lending clients.
