The successful incumbent will work closely with the chairman and an entrepreneurial, dynamic and diverse senior executive team to drive the financial performance of the group to acheive their challenging but realistic long term strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned senior decision maker with the personal integrity to stand by their decisions whilst providing insight on how best to capitalise on a range of opportunities in a variety of industries including but not limited to philanthropic ventures as well as engineering, energy, resources and property. Your outstanding strategic vision, commercial acumen, planning and transaction management experience will ensure your success in this challenging and rewarding role. You will be a proven performer with the strong financial leadership and investor liaison skills required to attract ongoing capital funding and to make your appointment in this key position a success. You will also be involved in the restructuring of acquisitions and in the hiring of senior executives to manage the day to day running of investments.
