We are particularly looking for top quality graduates with a distinction average and a genuine interest in trading. You must be highly intelligent with advanced numerical and problem-solving skills, an ability to think quickly, handle pressure and the ambition to become a great trader.

Working within a flat structured, performance driven environment, the successful candidates will trade derivatives markets across global equity markets. Your intensive training will be followed by:

• Trading as a market maker, proprietary trader, cash trader or arbitrage trader on global markets
• Managing positions, risk and developing existing trading strategies
• Identifying and implementing new trading and technology opportunities
• Contributing to expansion into new markets

While the focus is currently on Equity Derivatives, suitably qualified candidates with expertise across other asset classes are encouraged to apply. Essential Criteria:

• Highly advanced numerical, mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly and efficiently
• Tertiary qualifications in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Actuarial Studies would be highly regarded - distinction average!
• Excellent communication skills
